The strong bonding between primary school teachers and their students leads to teachers’ lack of desire to not go to work when dealing with health problems or fatigue. Such strong bonding prompt higher presenteeism prevalence with many negative consequences. The study aims to determine whether there is an effect of task significance, perceived supervisor support, and conscientiousness on the elementary school teachers’ presenteeism. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were Elementary School Teachers in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. Respondents in this study were 177 elementary school teachers. The measuring instrument used in this research is the Likert scale. In this study, presenteeism as a measure of productivity loss when working in sick conditions was measured using the Work Limitation Questionnaire, while task significance was measured using the Job Diagnostic Survey, perceived supervisor support was measured using the sub-perceived supervisor support scale, and conscientiousness dimensions were measured using The Big Five Inventory. The data analysis in this study using multiple regression analysis with the IBM SPSS program. The data analysis results found a simultaneous effect of task significance, perceived supervisor support, and conscientiousness on primary school teachers’ presenteeism.
