Research on operation and maintenance knowledge base of power system

With the State Grid Corporation SG186 information project is nearing completion, the focus of information technology will gradually shift from large-scale construction to operation and maintenance, the role of information service customer service center external service window is increasingly apparent. Fast, convenient and accurate identification of user needs and self-help solutions becomes the standard of operation and maintenance services. Exploring self-service based on operation and maintenance knowledge base is an important part of building the above standard. Based on the actual work of operation and maintenance, this paper expatiates on the construction of information and communication ontology knowledge base, the research program and the remote monitoring fault diagnosis.
