Synthesis of rational transfer matrices with active RC networks using equal valued grounded capacitors

A now and practical technique for synthesizing on arbitrary rational voltage transfer function matrix T(8) with dimension q by p is presented. The realization requires a small (mostly minimum) number of grounded and equal-valued capacitors and no moro than (p + q) common ground voltage amplifiers.
