Mass production EMC status quick evaluation through cloud computing — A new option for electric product quality control

This paper proposes an innovative methodology for mass production EMC status quick evaluation. The evaluation requires only a digital oscilloscope to acquire product data that is going to be further calculated by Cloud Computing. The whole process is carried out in a workshop instead of a shielding room. The proposed methodology and introduced application example indicate that not only product with fail EMC status may be discovered from mass production quickly in low cost, but also a certain relationship between product quality and EMC status is unveiled.
